What makes Amu'min shoes different from regular shoes?

 Our designs allow the natural barefoot movement of the foot and support a healthy posture. The leather shoes have thin, flexible soles with zero or low drop, so feet can move, roll and stabilize freely, while toes have plenty of room.

This allows the body to maintain its natural posture. It feels like walking barefoot, but protected — for a soft, comfortable and natural feel.

Are the leather shoes unisex?

Yes. The leather shoes are suitable for both women and men.

Do the sizes run true to size?

Yes, they run true to size. If you're between two sizes or have narrow feet, we recommend choosing a size smaller.

Will the shoes stretch out?

The leather molds to your feet and stretches slightly in width.

Are the leather shoes suitable for wide feet?

A wide toe box was deliberately chosen so toes can naturally spread and move.

 Does leather keep my feet warm?

Yes. Leather is a natural material that regulates temperature and adapts to conditions. In cold weather it retains warmth well, while in warmer temperatures juist helpt om overmatige hitte te voorkomen.

Will my feet sweat in them?

Leather naturally breathes and ventilates well. This helps moisture escape and prevents sweaty feet. For excessive sweating, wearing socks can help.

Do the shoes provide enough grip?

Leather with coarser pores was deliberately chosen, providing a natural anti-slip grip. We do advise caution when in contact with water.

Can the color differ from the photos?

Yes, slightly. Each pair is handmade from genuine leather. Small color differences, spots or shade variations are part of this. A unique character rather than perfect uniformity.

 Can I wash the shoes?

Washing genuine leather is not recommended. Clean them with a slightly damp cloth and let them dry naturally.

How long do the shoes last?

The lifespan depends on how often and how intensively they are worn. For extra comfort and a longer lifespan, we recommend alternating between two pairs.

Are the shoes sustainably produced?

 Yes. All products are carefully designed based on slow goods principles: each pair is handmade in small batches with a focus on quality and longevity.

Will sold-out products be restocked?
